Refund/return Policy

Refunds will be made within 5 days of purchase through the original method used for payment. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Food/meal must be returned along with a receipt or proof of purchase before a full refund can be considered. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. A second food order replacement will be prepared when granted. We will not prepare a third order replacement in all situations. All refunds/store credit are at the discretion of Ray’s Crab Shack. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest/customer simply does not like. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind after food is prepared. Dining with us is not your typical restaurant experience. We do not serve utensils, so you must eat with your hands. We *do* provide bibs and gloves, however we recommend that you don’t wear any clothing that you don’t want to get dirty because it can still get messy very easily.

If there are 7 or more in your party, please call ahead of time (510-792-8808) to make a reservation. Additionally, we have a banquet room which can accommodate 60-80 persons for big parties.
